05. Do I pay membership fees at Nisarga Fresh?
Nisarga Fresh allows you to enjoy the benefits of products with no annual membership fees.
06. Why haven’t I received a confirmation email from Nisarga Fresh?
A confirmation email will be send within 5-10 minutes after the order placed. Id you didn’t receive any confirmation email, please contact us. Also, please check the spam folder in your email inbox and feel free to contact us at info@nisargafresh.nl if you have any further questions.
07. Will we get the exact products that are listed in your website ?
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
08. Can we return or exchange products bought from Nisarga fresh ?
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
09. Where the refunded amount will be sent ?
If your order will be fulfilled partially, you will be eligible for partial refund.
If refund amount will be more than € 10.00, then it will be refunded to customer’s account which was used for payment.
If refund amount is less than € 10.00, equivalent amount will be added back in your store credits and you can utilize same amount for future orders.
